In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fa777" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at fa777.cam, including all associated mobile interfaces, apps, and services.
• "Platform" means the fa777 website, any associated mobile applications, and all gaming and betting services offered through them.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the fa777 Platform.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the native transaction currency of the fa777 Platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the fa777 Platform is not licensed to operate or in which online gambling is prohibited by local law.
• "Real Money Balance" means PKR funds deposited directly by a player, distinct from Bonus Funds.

By accessing the fa777 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with fa777's Privacy Policy and any additional rules published for specific games, promotions, or betting markets.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use the fa777 Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are written in English, which is the governing language of this agreement. Any translations provided for convenience are not legally binding and in the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.

To register and use the fa777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of a Restricted Territory where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, or agent of fa777, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the fa777 Platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

fa777 operates a strict one account per player policy. Players may not hold multiple accounts, whether in their own name, a family member's name, or any other identity. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at fa777's discretion, and any balances in the duplicate account may be voided.

fa777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee ongoing access to all Platform features — certain features are unlocked only upon successful completion of KYC verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fa777 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

fa777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any communication purporting to be from fa777 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to fa777 support immediately.

You must notify fa777 support without delay if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised. fa777 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon receiving such notification, but cannot be held liable for any losses incurred prior to notification.

All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your Account credentials are deemed to have been made by you and are binding, unless you have previously notified fa777 of unauthorised access and fa777 has confirmed in writing that the relevant transaction will be reviewed.

All financial transactions on the fa777 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). fa777 does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Bank Transfers: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank
• Interbank Networks: Raast, 1LINK
• Over-the-Counter: Cash OTC at designated agents

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and account verification tier. These limits are displayed within your fa777 account dashboard at the time of initiating a transaction. fa777 reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with notice provided through the Platform.

Deposits are credited to your fa777 Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment network. fa777 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. If your KYC verification is incomplete at the time a withdrawal is requested, fa777 will hold the withdrawal request pending until verification is completed. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Processing times vary by payment method but fa777's operational priority is to process verified withdrawals as quickly as the payment network permits.

Player funds are held in accounts that are segregated from fa777's operational capital. This means your Real Money Balance is protected and available for withdrawal regardless of fa777's own financial position.

fa777 may offer bonuses, free bets, matched deposit promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

The following general principles apply to all fa777 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering requirements that expire will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited automatically.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly.

All bets placed on the fa777 sports betting platform — including cricket, PSL markets, football, UFC, and other available sports — are governed by fa777's Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general principles apply to all wagers placed on fa777:

• A bet is confirmed and binding once fa777's system has accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. Players should verify their bet slip before confirming.
• fa777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where the relevant event has already started, where odds were published in error, or where the bet exceeds fa777's liability limits.
• If an event is abandoned, postponed, or voided after betting markets have been opened, fa777's settlement procedure as set out in the Betting Rules will apply. Generally, bets on voided events are returned to the player's Real Money Balance.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets placed after a market suspension event occurs (such as a wicket falling in a cricket match) but before the market is suspended due to data latency are subject to review and may be voided.
• All casino game outcomes on fa777 are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). fa777 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game or bet, the outcome will be determined by reference to fa777's server logs, which are the definitive record. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the bet or game round will be voided and stakes returned.

PSL and international cricket markets are among fa777's most popular betting products. fa777 maintains comprehensive market coverage across all scheduled PSL fixtures and Pakistan national team matches, with pre-match and in-play options available subject to data availability from the relevant governing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fa777 Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one fa777 account per individual person.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identity documents during KYC, registering under a third party's name, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hole cards in poker, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on events in which you have prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome, or participating in the manipulation of any sporting event.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing errors or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour and contrary to fa777's commercial interests.
• Money Laundering: Using the fa777 Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to otherwise launder money in any form.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been credited to your fa777 account.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing fa777 staff or other players through any communication channel.

fa777 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies. Any evidence of criminal activity — including match-fixing, money laundering, or identity fraud — will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the fa777 Platform — including but not limited to the fa777 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, data compilations, betting odds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of fa777 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fa777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any fa777 content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform, including odds data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any fa777 software.
• Use the fa777 name, logo, or brand identity in any marketing, social media, or commercial material without prior written consent from fa777.

Any unauthorised use of fa777's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fa777's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fa777 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to maintain account security or to notify fa777 of unauthorised account access in a timely manner.
• Any losses arising from a player's decision to gamble, including losses incurred as a result of gambling-related harm.

The fa777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fa777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access the Platform at their own risk.

fa777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core obligation under its international gaming license and as a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of Pakistani players. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial, personal, or emotional harm, fa777 provides tools to help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all fa777 Players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to limits require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.

fa777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Extended period of account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant accounts, subject to fa777's dormant account policy).

Where fa777 terminates your account due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach involves fraud, AML violations, or prohibited conduct that has caused direct financial loss to fa777.

fa777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on fa777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by fa777 is used for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, authentication, and management.
• KYC identity and age verification.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• AML and fraud prevention screening.
• Customer support and dispute resolution.
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention.
• Regulatory compliance and reporting obligations under fa777's international gaming license.

fa777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which fa777 holds its international gaming license. In the event of a dispute between you and fa777, the following process applies:
